Here are the steps to pair Airpods Pro with Ubuntu
1. Open Bluetoolth Configuration

$ sudo vi /etc/bluethhlth/main.conf

Add or modify set ControllerMode with the following command

ControllerMode = bredr

2. Restart Bluetoolth

$ sudo /etc/init.d/bluetoolth restart
